We warrant all product we sell are free from manufacturing defects. In case the delivered item is faulty or malfunctioning due to MAUFACTURING DEFECTIVE, buyers will get replacement unit free. For applicable warranty, please refer to the stated warranty on listing page.
All our warranties are Australia warranties and will be handled in Australia directly by us. Buyer will not be re-directed to other party. Hereunder are our return policies, warranty terms and definition of each warranty we might offer.
If potential buyers have questions or disagreement with any terms and conditions, please email us before placing your bid. By placing bid on any of our item listed, buyer has agreed all our terms and conditions as stated.
Except Satisfaction Guarantee and DOA Guarantee, warranties in effective since the end of the auction or Buy It Now.
Following are terms and conditions of all available warranties. Applied guarantee and warranty might vary from item to item, please check item listing page to find out applicable warranty for each item.

IMPORTANT
If breakage found when unpacking the item you have received, please contact delivery service provider directly, and notify us by email so that we can prepare necessary information for you to loadge complaint form or insurance claim against delivery service provider. Again, we are not liable for damages and breakages made during transit.

- Money Back Guarantee is offered to applied items only. Please check warranty section of every listing page to find out applied guarantee and warranty.
- Buyer can claim Money Back Guarantee without reason. If not happy with the product for any reason, or simply change your mind, just return to us according to the following points if you agree all terms and conditions for such Guarantee and return policy.
- For refunded item, buyer is not eligible to bid for item of the same kind. Otherwise, buyer is required to pay for the price difference between refunded item and newly won item (excluding Postage & Handle cost) if the newly won item bid amount is lower.
- Buyer must email notify us for Money Back Guarantee claim for written approval with email title "Money Back Guarantee", and return item to us within 14 days since item dispatched or within 7 days since buyer received the item (whichever earlier). Number of days is counted based on Australia Post lodgment and delivery record.
- If returning item without notifying us by email and get return approval under this guarantee, $5 will be deducted from refund amount for our administration fees.
- Returned Item, including all packing and accessories, must be received by us in "As New" and "Resalable" condition. Return postage and risk is on buyer's account.
- Returned item will be examined base on the condition when we received it. If breakage of the main unit is found, no return and refund will be accepted. If accessories of returned item is damaged and can be repaired, the cost for repairing or replacing the damaged parts or accessories will be deducted from refund amount.
- Refund amount is limited to the highest bid amount of the item. Postage and handling cost is not refundable under this guarantee.
- Refund will be made within 10 business days since receiving returned item by business check.
- This guarantee expires in 7 days since buyer receiving the item or 14 days since item dispatched (whichever earlier), based on the record of Australia Post or related delivery service provider.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Replacement Warranty Terms & Conditions
Dead On Arrival warranty is applied automatically to any item in accordance to the following terms and conditions:
- DOA refers to an item that is TOTALLY dead on arrival. Malfunctioning and faulty items are covered by other warranty stated in every listing page
- No sighted damage, breakage, trace of flood, tempering and unauthorized disassembling found on the product when arriving us
- Item has not been used
- DOA must be reported to us by email using our Item Return Form within 72 hours from receiving the item (according to Australia Post record)
- DOA item must be returned to us by Australia Post within 2 business from insurance of return authorization number (RAN), according to the Australia Post date stamp.
- All packing, parts and accessories included must be reserved in good condition and returned together with the DOA item
- Return must be made through Australia Post only and returning cost is on buyer's expenses. We will pay for the delivery cost of the replacement unit for DOA replacement.
- If the item has been proven by our technician as DOA, a replacement unit will be delivered to buyer's address. Free re-delivery offered only if when DOA was reported within 72 hours or re-delivery of replacement unit on buyer's expenses.
- If Money Back Guarantee is applied for the item, buyer has option to choose to get refund of the bid amount or get replacement unit. The replacement unit will not inherit Money Back Guarantee of the DOA item. If no Money Back Guarantee is applied, DOA item can only be replaced, not refund. Replacement unit is warranted with the residual warranty period of the original item.
- If the returned DOA item found to be defect free, and /or able to perform all primary function(s), buyer agrees to pay an examination fee of $35 and the re-delivery postage cost.
- If returned item is a run out model, buyer agrees to accept similar product which performs major function of the original item or partial refund in proportion of residual warranty based on the product cost (excluding Postage & Handling cost) on our discretion.
- Dead On Arrival Replacement Warranty only applies to item delivered to Australia locations only.
Replacement Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Warranty applies only on item with manufacturing defect which affecting the item to perform primary function(s) it should be able to, within valid warranty period since dispatched.
- Valid for specified length of time stated with the warranty since dispatch date and the item has been used for domestic application only (unless the product is claimed by us for commercial application) and that the instruction have been adhere to all cases, and with our electronic tax invoice generate with our email notification of postage. Sales history retrieval costs $15 administration fee in case missing tax invoice when claiming under this warranty.
- An examination fee of $35 and cost for re-delivery will be on buyers expenses if returned item found to be defect free by our technician. Please check and test carefully before returning the item for replacement.
- Warranty does not cover consumable, bonus item, battery, supplies, worn out part(s), any breakages, part(s) those do not interfering the product to perform product's primary function(s).
- Warranty does not cover consequence and lost arise by using the product in any circumstances.
- Warranty void instantly when the item has been dissembled without our written authorization, abused, misused, used without following guidance in user manual, tempered, broken, carelessly handling and storage, flooded, item has been used outside Australia.
- Warranty is not transferable and valid only with the initial buyer of the item unless with our authorization in writing.
- Postage for returning item and redelivery replacement are on buyer's expenses.
- Replacement unit is warranted with the residual warranty period of the original item.
- If returned item is a run out model, buyer agrees to accept similar product which performs major function of the original item or partial refund in proportion of residual warranty based on the product cost (excluding Postage & Handling cost) on our discretion.
Parts & Labor Warranty Terms & Conditions
