By bidding our listed item(s), bidders agree all terms and conditions below as well as Return Policy, Feedback Policy and Guarantee/Warranty Terms and Conditions (please email us before placing bid if you have questions regarding all our policies, terms and conditions):
- Bidders have read and agreed all terms and condition before placing bid. By placing bid, bidders are assumed having read, understood, aware and agreed all our terms and conditions, all associated costs, all specifications, configurations, compatibility, expected performance, packing, quantity and contents.
- We have no guarantee on product compatibility unless specified on the item listing.
- The winning bidder must go through eBay check out process. Otherwise, delay for delivery might occur.
- All orders are processed automatically and electronically. Shall any changes and request made to the transaction, buyer must inform us by separate email with appropriate title rather than eBay's checkout confirmation. Otherwise, such change and request might not be read by us.
- The winning bidder agrees to make payment for winning item(s) and associated shipping and handling costs within 5 business days from the end date of the item. Otherwise, the winning bidder will be considered as non-paying buyer. Unpaid strike will be applied which could affect the status of your eBay account. Please email us (on9sale@websamsolutions.com) if buyer cannot pay within 5 days so that we can negotiate an appropriate payment schedule.
- For combined shipment items, they must be paid together with the first winning item of the batch within 5 business days since end date of the first auction item. Only items with identical or similar packing dimension and overall weight is less than 22kg can be consolidated. Please email us before placing bid.
- We are not direct liable for any loss, or damage of items during transit and incorrect delivery. It is solely buyer's decision to arrange postage insurance or not in order to cover possible loss and damages during transit. In case problem arise from delivery, complaint and claim shall be lodged to delivery service provider by us or the buyer within 15 days, and we will provide necessary information as required. Final decision for postal complaint and claim is solely the decision of the delivery service provider and we have no control on the decision. (please click here to read detail of Postage Insurance)
- In case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) item, buyer has option to get refund or get replacement unit if Money Back Guarantee is applied to the item. The replacement unit will not inherit Money Back Guarantee of the DOA item. If no Money Back Guarantee is applied, DOA item can only be replaced, not refund. - For refunded item, buyer is not eligible to bid for item of the same kind. Otherwise, buyer is required to pay for the price difference between refunded item and newly won item (excluding Postage & Handle cost) if the newly won item bid amount is lower.
- Our entire liability to buyer/user or any third parties under any circumstance is limited to the final sale price of the relevant items excluding postage and handling.
- Buyer agrees to inform us of any problem for the item(s) they purchased and received before leaving negative feedback. Leaving negative feedback without allowing us to provide remedy represents that buyer has accepted the condition of the item(s), and close the transaction. Applied warranty to such items will be void immediately. We will not be liable for any consequences of the buyer keeping or using the item(s). (Please click here for detail of our Feedback Policy)
- While all care is taken when producing item listing pages, any misprint, errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. All images contained within item listings are for illustration purposes only. Please refer to the textual contents of the item listing.If you have doubt, please contact us before placing bid. We will not be liable for bidder's wrong perceptions to the item.
- Buyer is responsible to provide correct postal address on eBay before placing bid. Winning item(s) will be shipped to buyer's address provided to us by eBay. Buyer agrees to bear all the costs and responsibility for the return or lost of parcel if failed to provide correct postal address before dispatch or not claimed parcel, unless buyer has informed of their new address by separate email with subject marked as "Change of address".
- All claims must be accompanied with our tax invoice generated with our email notification of postage within valid period and valid Return Authorization Number. Otherwise, a fee of $15 is applied to cover our sales history retrieval costs and administration cost in case missing tax invoice in returned item.
- We are not liable for bidder's wrong perception to the performance, compatibility, contents, quality, quantity, color and other specification of the item. Any questions and doubts shall be clarified by email correspondence before placing bid. No excuses and complaints will be accepted and responded if product as described in its listing page.
- Buyer shall only bid the quantity intent to purchase. Cancellation of transaction attracts cancellation fee of $10 per cancelled item regardless item value. Shall buyer want to take less quantity than won quantity, buyer is required to pay for the item(s) with higher bid amount plus cancellation fee for cancelled items. If buyer failed to pay for the item won or pay for the cancellation fee, unpaid strike will be applied.
Feedback Policy:
- Please leave us positive feedback after the item received in working order.
- Upon receiving your positive feedback, our management system will leave positive feedback to you automatically.
- Please contact us if there is problem found in the item before leaving any negative feedback. We do care our feedback score and we are happy to solve any problem might occur in your transaction. However, if you choose to leave a negative feedback before contacting us and allowing us to provide remedy, we will take that as a conclusion of the transaction and ending of all obligations and assume that you agree to accept the item as it is. All warranty on this item void as we are not able to examine the problem of the item.
- Shall you willing to accept refund or other agreed remedy for problem with transaction, please indicate your willingness of acceptance by leaving positive feedback before remedy take place.
- We are in business and we do business in fair and honest way, and adhere to all ebay rules. Thus, we will not accept any unfair request and demand. All buyers' complaints will be recorded and filed individually. Returned item will be photographed once arriving us with number of supportive photos taken for our record. Detailed examination report, problem analysis, identification of liable party, and action taken will be recorded and each process were dated.
