- Full refund will be made only if we are not able to supply the purchased item in 14 days after payment is cleared. In this case, a full refund of the total amount buyer have paid will be made.
- Refund of product amount (excluding paid P&H and insurance) will be made if Money Back Guarantee applied (see Money Back Guarantee terms and conditions). Returned product need to be in "As New" and "Resalable" condition and all packing and accessories need to be retained and returned. Return postage and risk is on buyer's account.
- Returned item will be examined base on the condition when we received it. If breakage of the main unit is found, no return or refund will be accepted. If accessories of returned item is damaged and can be repaired, the cost for repairing or repalcing the damaged parts or accessories will be deducted from refund amount.
- All return must be made through Australia Post registered and safely packed and deliver to PO Box 288, Bayswater, VIC 3153 only.
- All returning costs are on buyer's expenses. No COD return will be accepted.
- Returning of defective item for replacement, it must be reported and return to us within 14 days from the date of dispatch or 7 days since buyer receiving the item (whichever earlier, based on the record of Australia Post). Defective item is not eligible for refund. Exchange under such circumstances is free. However, the cost of returning the item is on buyer's account.
- For returning item other than under Money back Guarantee, eg. DOA replacement or warranty, if the returned item found to be defect free, and /or able to perform all primary function(s), buyer agrees to pay an examination fee of $35 plus the re-delivery postage and handling cost.
- We may, in its sole discretion and without requiring any reason to do so, at any time, disapprove any request for return/refund.
