We ONLY choose reliable means of delivery to ship your purchased item. eParcel by Australia Post is our first preference to deliver your item(s) to your doorstep. Your item will be shipped REGISTERED. Signature and ID are required for collecting the parcel. Tracking number is provided for you to track your parcel online.
Postage insurance is optional at extra cost. For your peace of mind, please arrange postage insurance to cover any possible loss, damages and breakage, incorrect delivery. Please note that Australia Post will not compensate for above mentioned delivery problems if no insurance is arranged, even they admit that it is their liability.
All items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days since payment received and cleared.
Combined Postage Discount Terms and Conditions
If you intend to purchase for more than one item from us within 5 business days from the end date of the first item, you may consider to consolidate your shipment to further save more money provided that all consolidated items are of similar dimensions and overall weight is less than 22kg.
Discount scheme is based on the quoted Postage & Handling cost as follow:
For P&H $20 or below: $4 P&H discount on every addtional item with similar size
For P&H between $21-35: $5 P&H discount on every addtional item with similar size
For P&H between $36+: $6 P&H discount on every addtional item with similar size
Base item of the batch will be charged full P&H cost. The base item is the item with highest P&H cost. No discount wil be applied to item specified with "
Combine Postage is NOT available to this item" and it cannot be the base item.
To qualify for combined shipment discount, your additional item(s) must be:
- the same or very similar dimension, and can be packed the together safely.
- combining items should not exceeding 22kg overall weight, PAY and SHIP together, and to the same address.
We reserve the right to make final decision on the combined postage discount for unexpected situation.

Postage Insurance :
Postage insurance is optional on buyer's cost to cover any possible loss, damages, incorrect delivery etc during transit.
Any transit problem should be reported to us immediately and wait for our instruction. If you have arranged postal insurance, compensation should be acquired through insurance claim and not from us. This is what postage insurance for. We are not liable to delivery problems during transit that is beyond our reach. It is solely buyer's decision on insurance arrangement.
Please also note that insurance covers up to the point where you received the item. If your item was posted to a PO Box, insurance will cover only up to that point. It is difficult to claim damages after you bring it home and open it. Thus, if you have your item delivered to PO Box, you are suggested to check the product instantly.
Change Shipping Address
All address change must be notify us BEFORE making payment as your item will be shipped anytime once receiving your payment.
Also, please email us regarding the change of shipping address with appropriate email SUBJECT, eg "New Shipping Address". DO NOT just reply to some automated system emails without even changing the subject. Our automated management system will sort emails automatically. All emails with generated subject will be disregarded. It is suggested to send your request directly to our email address (on9sale@websamsolutions.com) with appropriate subject rather replying system messages.
Furthermore, all received requests will be confirmed by email. If you did not get confirmation email, most likely we did not get the message.
Over weight items:
Delivery of over weighted items (exceeding 22kg) will be delivered by selected courier service.
Note :
- Please understand that we have no control on parcel delivery once we have lodged your item to delivery service provider. We cannot guarantee any delivery schedule of your item.
- Please email us ONLY if you did not receive your parcel in 5 business days after receiving our Postage Notification email. A tracking number will be provided for you to track the parcel status.
- For international buyers, please get a firm quote of postage before placing bid.
